These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of UtahRoofFinder.com and the Utah Roof Finder service.
Utah Roof Finder is operated by Leadrox Digital Marketing LLC.
By using our website or submitting a roofing request, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Utah Roof Finder Does
Utah Roof Finder is a roofing referral and quote-matching service designed to help homeowners connect with roofing companies.
When you submit a request, we may attempt to match your project with up to three roofing companies so that you can discuss your project, obtain estimates, and compare your options.
Using Utah Roof Finder is generally free to homeowners.
2. Roofing Companies Are Independent Businesses
Utah Roof Finder is not a roofing contractor and does not perform roofing inspections, repairs, installations, replacements, or other construction services.
Roofing companies participating in our network are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Utah Roof Finder.
Any contract for roofing services is entered into directly between you and the roofing company you choose.
3. Selection of Roofing Companies
We may consider factors such as service area, availability, responsiveness, reputation, project type, and other criteria when determining which roofing companies receive an opportunity to provide a quote.
However, inclusion in the Utah Roof Finder network does not constitute a guarantee of a contractor's workmanship, pricing, availability, licensing status, insurance coverage, or future performance.
You remain responsible for evaluating a roofing company before hiring it.
4. Quotes and Estimates
Utah Roof Finder does not determine roofing prices or prepare roofing estimates.
Any quote, estimate, inspection result, warranty, financing arrangement, timeline, insurance recommendation, or other representation concerning roofing work is provided by the applicable roofing company.
We do not guarantee:
That you will receive exactly three quotes
That every roofing company will contact you
Any particular response time
Any particular price
That the lowest-priced estimate will be provided
That a roofing company will accept your project
5. Information You Provide
You agree to provide information that is reasonably accurate and complete when submitting a roofing request.
You authorize Utah Roof Finder to use the information you provide to process your request and connect you with appropriate roofing companies as described in our Privacy Policy.
By requesting quotes, you understand that up to three roofing companies may contact you regarding your roofing project.
6. Compensation
Utah Roof Finder may receive compensation from roofing companies that participate in our network or receive roofing opportunities through our service.
This compensation does not increase the price Utah Roof Finder charges homeowners for using the quote-matching service.
7. Telephone and Email Communications
By providing your contact information and requesting roofing quotes, you understand that Utah Roof Finder and the roofing companies matched to your request may contact you regarding the roofing project you requested.
Your consent to receive Utah Roof Finder SMS messages is handled separately and is not required merely to submit a roofing request.
8. Utah Roof Finder SMS Terms
If you affirmatively opt in to text messaging from Utah Roof Finder, you may receive text messages related to the categories of communication identified when you provided consent.
Message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.
You may cancel Utah Roof Finder SMS messages at any time by replying:

9. Acceptable Website Use
You agree not to:
Submit false or fraudulent roofing requests
Impersonate another person
Attempt to interfere with or damage the website
Use automated systems to scrape or misuse website information
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Use Utah Roof Finder for unlawful purposes
We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe the service is being misused.
10. Intellectual Property
Utah Roof Finder's name, branding, website design, graphics, written content, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Utah Roof Finder and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.
11. Third-Party Services
Utah Roof Finder may rely on third-party technology and service providers for website hosting, forms, CRM services, communications, analytics, advertising, and other functions.
We are not responsible for outages or failures caused by third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Utah Roof Finder is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law.
We make no guarantee that the website or matching service will be uninterrupted or error-free or that use of the service will result in a particular roofing quote, contractor relationship, savings amount, or project outcome.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Utah Roof Finder and Leadrox Digital Marketing LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Utah Roof Finder is not responsible for damages, losses, disputes, injuries, property damage, workmanship issues, payment disputes, delays, warranties, or other claims arising from work performed or offered by an independent roofing company.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may revise these Terms from time to time.
The effective date at the top of this page will indicate when the Terms were most recently updated.
Continued use of Utah Roof Finder after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
